Os líderes mais eficientes personificam as pessoas, apresentando um estilo natural, mas são capazes de modificar seu estilo natural para adaptar-se as situações, flexível a mudanças.
Uma organização é um espaço complexo de relações, quanto mais os líderes acreditarem que decidir sozinho é melhor do que contar com a inteligência de todos, mais próximo estará do próprio naufrágio.
Em contrapartida quanto mais ele oferecer a oportunidade às pessoas a serem ouvidas mais estará abastecido de variáveis e nuances que poderão calibrar sua decisão no sentido da melhor convivência interna. Não se trata de abrir mão do poder de decidir, mas sim, um novo modo operacional para a decisão.
