I call this space the Between. And The Intelligence of the Between is the ebook that structures this concept in four movements:

The third grounds it: it brings the concept into organizations. Why cultures with all the right tools still produce invisible people. Why there are leaders who meet their teams — and leaders who merely lead them.

The fourth elevates: it questions what the market calls emotional maturity — and proposes what it truly is. Not control. The capacity to be affected without losing oneself.
